Beef burger with greens, kimchi & pickles

This is great warm salad burger which is perfect for the digestive system. Packed full of prebiotic’s and probiotic’s, leafy greens and healthy fats and protein.

Ingredients

  • 400g minced beef

  • 1 onion

  • 1 garlic clove

  • cavolo nero leaves

  • wild garlic

  • tarragon

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 forkfuls of kimchi

  • 4 pickled gherkins

    6 piquante peppers


Method

  1. Slice and fry onion slices and crushed garlic in avocado oil.

  2. Add cavolo nero leaves, wild garlic and tarragon and wilt.

  3. Form mince mix into burger shapes and cook on a hot griddle.

  4. Turn the burgers once brown on one side.

  5. Plate up wilted greens. Top with burger.

  6. Slice and add avocado, gherkins, peppers and kimchi.

  7. Serve with mustard and paleo mayo and a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
