EAT WELL
The eat well program has been designed to take you through a low carb lifestyle in three easy stages. The program can be completed in six weeks but it’s best to spend as long as you need in each phase, which will be different for everyone. You decide how low carb you go, for how long and adjust as your body responds to the changes.
3 PHASE PROGRAM
In this 6 week program you will be taken through a low carb lifestyle in 3 easy phases.
Phase one helps you to bring more awareness into how what you are consuming is affecting how you feel. Removing the most inflammatory foods from your diet is an illuminating experience.
Phase two is the weight-loss phase of the program employing a ketogenic approach.
Phase three takes you back to phase one with the addition of foods that support improved gut health. Each phase has the addition of lifestyle challenges that support your wellbeing.

This will help you stay accountable and help you to identify any blocks or beliefs that may be holding you back.
