Guacamole

Very zesty, spicy and creamy guacamole. Perfect served with chilli, with bbq dishes, as a dip or even added to salads or breakfast dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 3 cherry tomatoes

  • 20 g coriander leaves

  • 1 lime (juice & zest)

  • 1 t cumin

  • 1 t chilli flakes


Method

  1. Mash avocado with a fork.

  2. Finely chop onion, cherry tomatoes and coriander leaves and stalks.

  3. Mix everything together with cumin, lime juice and zest and cilli flakes.
