Very zesty, spicy and creamy guacamole. Perfect served with chilli, with bbq dishes, as a dip or even added to salads or breakfast dishes.

Ingredients
1 avocado
1/2 red onion
3 cherry tomatoes
20 g coriander leaves
1 lime (juice & zest)
1 t cumin
1 t chilli flakes
Method
Mash avocado with a fork.
Finely chop onion, cherry tomatoes and coriander leaves and stalks.
Mix everything together with cumin, lime juice and zest and cilli flakes.
