Ingredients
500 ml filtered water
2 T dried mushrooms
1 T miso paste
pink salt
Method
Pour water into a pan and add dried mushrooms.
Simmer for 15 mins.
Turn off the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Stir in miso paste, season with salt and serve.
