Ingredients

  • 500 ml filtered water

  • 2 T dried mushrooms

  • 1 T miso paste

  • pink salt


Method

  1. Pour water into a pan and add dried mushrooms.

  2. Simmer for 15 mins.

  3. Turn off the heat and allow to cool slightly.

  4. Stir in miso paste, season with salt and serve.
