Six week program.
Introduction
Nutrition and wellness plan to:
Basics - Lower inflammation
Detox - Lose weight and reduce lymphatic swelling
Rebuild - A healthier gut and stronger body
We will be achieving this primarily through a nutritional program.
Each phase has a list of rules to follow, a guide meal plan, and wellness practices.

Set yourself up for success
1) Remove temptations
Clear out your kitchen cupboards, fridge and freezer
2) Keep and food diary
Purchase a food diary or download a digital food logging app.
3) Track your progress
Keep a tracking sheet and measure and input your data weekly. If you don’t know if what you are doing is having a positive effect, you won’t be able to adapt it to reach your goals.
4) Believe it’s possible
We are subconsciously controlled by our belief systems. Check in with your beliefs and self talk.
5) Commit and get support
Ask those around you for their support. Do whatever you need to do to keep yourself accountable. Motivation naturally drops over time so locking yourself into a schedule can make all the difference.
