Avocado with olive oil & chilli

Avocado’s are incredibly nutritious and perfect on a low carb, anti-inflammatory and microbiome focussed diet.

Vitamins and Minerals include vitamin K, vitamin C, folate, vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, copper and manganese.

High in fibre and healthy fats they make a great addition to a salad, breakfast or eaten just on it’s own with chilli, olive oil and sea salt.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 T olive oil

  • pinch chilli flakes

  • salt & pepper


Method

  1. Peel, de-stone and slice avocado.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
