Breakfast berry crumble
Serves - 2
Start the day with warming spiced pear, blueberries, cherries oats and nuts. You can serve with creamy bio yoghurt (non dairy).

Ingredients
100 g frozen cherries
100 g frozen blueberries
1 pear
1 t cinnamon
20 g chopped walnuts
20 g ground almonds
20 g oats
10 g butter
Method
Chop pear into cubes with skin on, remove the core and with seeds.
Heat in a pan with a splash of water till soft.
Add frozen berries and cinnamon a cook on a low heat for 5 mins.
In a mixing bowl mix butter, ground almonds, oats and chopped nuts.
Divide berry mix between 2 small ovenproof dishes.
Top with crumble mix.
Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 mins and serve immediately.
You can pre-make the crumbles, keep in the fridge to bake fresh in the morning.
