Ingredients
1 onion
1 stalk celery
200 g spinach or chard
1 t ground nutmeg
100 ml cream or cream cheese or coconut cream
Salt & pepper
Method
In a pan sweat chopped onion and celery in butter till coloured.
Add spinach, chard, nutmeg and cook till greens wilt.
Add cream cheese, salt and lots of freshly ground pepper.
