Ingredients

  • 1 onion

  • 1 stalk celery

  • 200 g spinach or chard

  • 1 t ground nutmeg

  • 100 ml cream or cream cheese or coconut cream

  • Salt & pepper


Method

  1. In a pan sweat chopped onion and celery in butter till coloured.

  2. Add spinach, chard, nutmeg and cook till greens wilt.

  3. Add cream cheese, salt and lots of freshly ground pepper.
