Chocolate truffles

The only chocolate that actually makes you skinny! Made with coconut oil and 85% cocoa solids dark chocolate - these are loaded with MCTs to help you get you in the fat burning zone.

Great to have a few shards with some nuts or berries as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 100g coconut oil

  • 100g chocolate 85% cocoa


Method

  1. Melt coconut oil and chocolate in a pan.

  2. Pour into a ceramic dish.

  3. Cool and then place in the fridge to harden.

  4. Once hard (after a few hours) break chocolate into shards using a knife.

  5. Keep shards in a dish in the fridge.

  6. Enjoy a few shards as a snack with some nuts, seeds or berries.
