Morning digestive tea

Set your system up correctly in the morning with this warming digestive tea. Apple cider vinegar with mother has been naturally fermented so it great for digestive and intestinal health. Sour flavours are also nourishing for the liver and natural mineral salt is great for the kidney support. You can add a slice of lemon if you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 T apple cider vinegar (with mother)

  • 1/4 t pink salt

  • boiled water

  • slice of lemon (optional)


Method

  1. Add apple cider vinegar and salt to a mug.

  2. Cover with boiled water.

  3. Add a slice of lemon if you like.
