Ingredients
500 ml beef bone broth
thumb of ginger
1 t ground ginger
1/2 t garam masala
2 garlic cloves
Method
Pour beef broth into a small saucepan and gently heat.
Grate garlic cloves and ginger and add to the pan with ground ginger and garam masala.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a small mug and serve.
