Ingredients

  • 500 ml beef bone broth

  • thumb of ginger

  • 1 t ground ginger

  • 1/2 t garam masala

  • 2 garlic cloves


Method

  1. Pour beef broth into a small saucepan and gently heat.

  2. Grate garlic cloves and ginger and add to the pan with ground ginger and garam masala.

  3. Salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Pour into a small mug and serve.
