Ingredients
8 oz Steak (fillet/sirloin/ribeye)
1 t avocado oil
Cracked pepper
50 g creamed greens
100 g celeriac fries
Method
Remove steak from fridge and allow to come to room temperature.
Oil and pepper steak on both sides, and sear on a hot pan for 3-6 minutes each side.
Serve steak with creamed greens and celeriac fries.
