Fresh mint tea

Mint is an antioxidant, rich in vitamin A and contains a compound called menthol which has a relaxing effect on the muscles of the digestive tract.

Drinking fresh mint tea freshens breath and may also reduce bad bacteria in the mouth.

Ingredients

  • Sprig of fresh mint

  • Slice of lemon or lime (optional)

  • Boiled water


Method

  1. Add fresh mint to freshly boiled water.

  2. Sip as it is or add a slice of lemon or lime.
