Coffee salt scrub
A great way to use up old coffee grounds. Coffee is a great exfoliate and also rich in antioxidant phenols, thought to ward off free radicals. Massaging with scrubs stimulates circulation and assists lymphatic drainage.
Epsom salt is antibacterial and made up of magnesium, sulfur, and oxygen, otherwise known as magnesium sulfate. When dissolved in water, it releases magnesium and sulfate ions.
Magnesium is good for reducing inflammation and relaxing muscles and nerves. Magnesium helps your brain produce the neurotransmitter melatonin that induces sleep and reduces stress.
An Epsom salt bath is also a great addition to your wellness regime - add between 300 - 500 g of Epsom salt to your bath and soak for at least 15 minutes.
Use twice a week.
