Herbal chicken bone broth

Chicken bone broth is deeply healing and nourishing. With the addition of expectorant herbs it can help clear phlegm and mucus and clear out the digestive and lymphatic systems. You can use fresh of dried herbs, a mixture of all of them or a combination of the ones you like.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml chicken bone broth

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 bay leaf

  • Sprig of thyme

  • Sprig of parsley

  • Sprig of tarragon

  • salt & pepper


Method

  1. Heat broth with grated garlic, fresh thyme and bay leaf.

  2. Once well infused remove bay leaf and thyme sprig.

  3. Finely chop parsley or tarragon and add.

  4. Serve with fresh cracked pepper and sea salt flakes.
