Warm cherries, cinnamon & nuts with yoghurt

Cherries are amazingly nutritious. Packed with fibre, vitamin C, potassium and other minerals, antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. Cherries also contain melatonin, the sleep hormone, so they can help to prepare the body for a good nights sleep.

Ingredients

  • 75 g bio yoghurt

  • 75 g cherries (frozen)

  • 20 g chopped nuts

  • 1/4 t cinnamon


Method

  1. Heat cherries and cinnamon in a pan.

  2. Scoop yoghurt into a bowl.

  3. Add hot cherries and chopped nuts.
