Ingredients
2 eggs
20 g butter
60 g smoked salmon
20 g watercress or pea shoots
10 g dill
1 T avocado or olive oil
1/4 lemon
pink salt & pepper
Method
Melt knob of butter in a pan, and add and scramble the eggs.
Serve scrambles eggs with 2 slices of smoked salmon.
Add greens drizzled with avocado oil and a wedge of lemon, salt and pepper.
